The Traffic Control Team will work with Sheriff's Office, Lakeport Police, CHP, and Coast Guard Auxiliary to coordinate the flow of boat, auto, and pedestrian traffic and parking of automobiles and boat trailers. Work with the various emergency services units if required.

Team Leaders

Each of our teams needs a Team Leader to plan and manage their team's functions, and then to guide the team members on the day of the Festival. Being a Team Leader does not require a great deal of time, just attend a few planning meetings prior to the Festival.
