Provide services and locate resources required by our sponsors or vendors in the Natural High School seaplane display area.

Working with other members of your team, plan and lay-out booth locations at the Natural High School Display of Seaplanes on Friday, September 19, 2008. Each booth space should accommodate a 10x10 Pop-Up that will be provided by the vendor.

Work with sponsors and vendors on Saturday to create a smooth, orderly and enjoyable set-up experience for each. Most of the vendor stalls at NHS will be educational or non-profit organizations from the local area. You will also assist with the placement of various banners on the fences that surround NHS.

This team will also coordinate the placing and logistics of several Festival booths, including the Volunteer tent, the Festival HQ, a First-Aid station, and a Media/Press booth.

Team Leaders

Each of our teams needs a Team Leader to plan and manage their team's functions, and then to guide the team members on the day of the Festival. Being a Team Leader does not require a great deal of time, just attend a few planning meetings prior to the Festival.
